REFLEXOLOGY

Through the rhythmic application of pressure to specific points on the hands and feet, this massage reflexes the bones and organs of the whole body, bringing balance and calm.  A 30min session focuses mainly on either the hands or the feet, while a 60min session will allow for a thorough working of both hands and feet, as well as some attention to the neck and head if desired.  The application of warm towels to the feet makes reflexology treatments especially luxurious.  Clients may remain fully clothed, and most find this service to be deeply relaxing.

Warm Hands and an Intelligent touch...

With Hannah Ruth (she/they), every massage is a dance. She's been a dancer since her childhood, and has found her dance training to be wonderfully supportive of her work as a massage therapist. She brings grace, ease, and deep listening to each session, and seeks to find the sweet spot that will leave her clients feeling refreshed, relaxed, and released. She believes all bodies are beautiful and deserving of deep care, and she seeks to make her practice a welcoming space for all.

Aside from her go-to blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, she also offers hand and foot Reflexology, and Oncology Massage for those in active treatment, recent recovery, or long term survivorship from cancer. She has lots of experience working with seniors, and also enjoyed working for several years with the cross country team at Westmont College. She is a Certified Massage Therapist with the state of California, and Licensed in the state of Vermont.

IHY UPHOLDS A STRICT 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged. This policy allows us to pay our practitioners for their time and commitment.
